How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate items cannot be returned once opened.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
As of 2025, the United States has removed the De Minimis exemption for products shipped from China. This means your order may be subject to import duties upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
